Well I've been exiled to my bedroom while my hubby, sister, nieces, and my kids are downstairs decorating for my "Red Carpet" Themed Birthday party that is happening tonight.

They sound like they are having way too much fun. I'm sitting up here watching S3 of Californication and playing on the laptop.

Well, my daughter and sister just came up with a tray of cheese and cracker, chips and dip, and a bottle of champagne. I'm all comfy and nourished.

Actually I would rather wear fake as at least if it gets lost it is easily replaced, and no-one would be breaking into my house to steal my clothes.

I like this flooring, it's not too light which is great.

We had fun last night and the puc was taken before any of the guests arrived. We wanted to make sure we got some group shots before things got busy.

Well I'm glad you all enjoyed yourselves. The boys got back safely from Spain where they were staying but unfortunately the team did not perform well. I won't give my sons description of the match as it is def not PG13!

Thanks for sharing your birthday pics. The little dog seems to be very comfortable on the sofa among the cushions. I bet there was a lot of clearing up to do afterwards - I hope you had a lot of helpers!

I'm not sure if you noticed, but that little dog is laying on a person. That's my brother-in-law. It was at the end of the night and that is where his bed was. We just didn't pull out the hide a bed at that point because we were putting stuff away.

I see it now - a socked foot. Is the dog his? Or did it just adopt him for the night because he was lying down.

The dog is his and my sister's, but she loves to sleep with him the most. She's just a puppy at 6 months.

Gotta scoot now to pick up my son from his drivers test.
