Catalina Sandino Moreno is definitely naked under the sheets. So Josh is seeing her naked all the time.

I think in episode 9, they showed Catalina breasts.

I also liked their scene in 211. Their kisses was so passionate. You could feel and see the chemistry between Josh and Catalina. I liked them together.
