John Noble deserves recognition with more than just a nomination, but with that Emmy.

honestly prefer that fringe is nominated for outstanding drama serie .
dont get me wrong, john noble and anna torv did a wonderful job this year. but viewers first saw their (john and anna) fantastic acting skills from the moment they began playing double characters. so we as viewers good see the differces between their charakters from that moment. joshua jackson on the other hand , didnt have that oppertunity, because he didnt have a double. so its not fair . fringe is played around 3 lead characters; anna, josh ane john. if anna and john would get nominated, dont you think it well be very akward for the cast, that joshua has been left out? everybody gone say ; out of the 3 lead characters joshua was not nominated ( you no how the press is) it was bad enough that everyone was nominated for an saturn awards, and joshua was left out. it would just be perfect if the serie fringe was nominated and not the actors. so this way there will be no akwardness (ego's) between the actors. i just feel sorry for joshua. i'm from belgium, so sorry for my language. |

Well, tweener, we don't know what else has been submitted for Fringe yet. The nominating committee doesn't pick what is submitted; it considers what is submitted. So hopefully, Fringe has or will be submitted for consideration as best drama as well as many other technical and music awards.

Very exciting news! Not too sure about Anna's chances; she seems to have stiff competition. How do you all feel about John's chances for a win, considering his competition?

I'd like to see John take that category. I think he has a good fighting chance--probably the best chance out of the other FRINGE noms. I agree that Anna probably doesn't have much of a chance in her category. And I would shocked if FRINGE could pull off a win for drama series. Not likely to happen.

I agree with you about Fringe's chances against winning. But as they say, I'm sure it's an honour just to be nominated! The recognition factor is what I want for them.
