Time to discuss new Pacey episodes!

One of my faves from season 1 was Detention.

We got to see him shirtless

Making out

and grabbing his own butt

And besides that,it was great to see some Pacey/Abby interaction for a change

If he wasn't bickering around with every girl on this show, it wasn't Pacey

Detention was my favorite S1 episode, hands down.

The fact that there were some great PJen moments, especially the kiss, and his bottom makes a cameo.

I've just watched Castaways and I have to say I think it's one of my fave Pacey episodes. I just wish I was locked in a Supermarket with him! He's soooo adorable when Joey is shaving him, and then when he kisses her.... awww he's just lovely!! I love the banter beween him and Joey in it, it always makes me smile... I'm now sitting here with a stupid grin on my face!!

I wasn't partial of the goatee, but Pacey had an air of maturity while he was wearing it.

Sitting watching Stolen Kisses and have to say this is another favourite Pacey episode of mine.

Pacey in a vest, Pacey in a bed, Pacey playing pool, Pacey doing karaoke, Pacey kissing.... did I miss anything?

This may be unoriginal but Pacey's best episode was Uncharted Waters hands down. His performance is wonderful in that episode.

Good point, Patty. For me Uncharted Waters was when I first "saw" Pacey as a character with real depth and feelings, not just as a tagalong sidekick.

And Josh's performance blew everyone else out of the water, far and above. He ran the gamut from frustration (saddled with performing all the lowly duties the whole trip),

to utter depression and despair (on the beach, reality starting to set in that he is on his own because his Dad is a self-centered useless drunk).

to pure elation (reeling in that beast of a fish)

to the sad realization that if he's going to make it, he's going to have to learn to be his own man, his own way

I love Northern Lights. He shows us a bit of everything in that episode, cheeky, funny, vulnerable, nervous, heartbroken to name but a few.

Another great one is Promicide. It is a sad one, but Josh shows what a great actor he can be and that he always can play an amalgam of feelings, sadness, frustration and fury better than anyone. His performance when he's yelling at Joey in the party is mind-blowing. The scene where he is breaking up with Joey is great too, you can see him dying inside. Such a powerful actor.
