I feel like we got cheated out of what could have been an extremely interesting story line focusing on the Lockhart's throughout the entire series.

Me neither. I can't stand Noah's kids . The only one who was have way decent was the son who moved away, and the baby girl. The rest of his family is cheap ,and I don't see why he try to stay in their life.

Lots of people get divorced and the kids adjust to living with their parents separately. One of my son's old school friends and his younger brother adjusted well, and the brother spent half the week with one parent and the other half with the other. Both are well adjusted adults now.
