Not to worry, Josh wasn't the reason for them deleting their post. He was on their original tweet, so it's assumed his split from the series was on good terms.

There are so many possibilities for nominations, because of awesome television content. It makes your head spin.

Yeah, it's a bigger playing field now. In the old days, it was just network and cable television. Now there are streaming networks like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime which makes scoring a nomination even harder.

Yes. So, the actors who do get nominations, it makes it extra special. Though, in some cases, they just pick the same people year after year. Even when there work isn't as good as previous seasons. So, you have to side eye them for always doing that. Sure some actors give wonderful performances year after year. There are some who don't though, and still get the nomination anyway.

Yes. Game of Thrones, for example. Personally I didn't like this season, but I'll bet it will get lots of nominations.

That happens a lot . If you notice George Clooney, and Tom Hanks (who are both great actors ) gets nominated for every movie they are in. Even if they weren't very good, or the movie was bad. They does the exact same thing with Game of thrones. Peter Dinklage ,and Lena Headey always get nominated year after year. Except for one year they were excluded . But award shows do have the habit of picking the same people year, after year.

It certainly is a bigger playing field. I'm still crossing my fingers that Josh will get noticed this year and snag a nomination.

Couldn't agree more. I'd hate to be the people who have to vote on who are the nominees. All those tapes to watch. I don't see how you could watch all of them.

As much as I think Josh deserves an award for his role as Cole in S4, I have this odd feeling that he won't get nominated. I think it's because I don't want to get my hopes up.

Well we know how great he is but sometimes being great doesn't equate to awards. One must be in with the right people and be a bit of a yes man/woman especially if you have been around for a long time like Josh has.
