It does look like a surf suit - maybe a fight that ends up in the water and the suit is for protection, or Josh is going in the water in the scene but is wearing a T-shirt to keep him warm before he
goes in the water. Whatever, he looks great in the shot!

10 episodes is a lot of writing. We've seen them still filming, so I'm not surprised. It makes me nervous that they finish everything before it even airs since sometimes Sarah et al really miss the boat on audience reaction and can't course correct.
