And she drank way more of it than Eric's. It's blood lust, but it's all been there from the start. Everything Sookie says, she knows about Eric because of his love for Godric. She says it directly to him in Timebomb even. Which is why I'm positive it's not just Eric's blood that is doing this to her. She was attracted to him season 1, and she's attracted to him now. Everything she says to him in the dream is everything she feels about him. And I have no doubt about that.

And she didn't have just sexual feelings. She told him 'I use to think you were bad, but now I see you're deep and have love' (paraphrasing).
So obviously that's what she's begun to see in him, and even more after witnessing Eric saying goodbye to Godric.

The fact that is was Sookie's dream is one of the best parts. She wasn't just dreaming about having hot sex with the vamp, she was dreaming that he was IN LOVE with her.
