Which brings the question, who earns, more money in the Bishop family, Walter?

Good question. Both Peter and Walter are technically consultants for the FBI - not FBI agents. So they aren't on salary and would be paid according to some sort of government contract. Those can vary widely, depending on the perceived value of the services provided and the negotiating skills of the individual contractor. I would not doubt that Peter has some shrewd negotiating skills - but he may have also negotiated Walter's contract and factored in Walter's one-of-a-kind knowledge to get both of them some hefty compensation.

If Bell was still dead in the reset in s5 Walter still owns massive dynamic, so he's the one with more money

In the 2015 reset, William Bell would still be 'alive' in the Observer-less world, never having been ambered or his hand cut off, making the SS Talos his last known location during his Neogenesis plot from S4.
