I can't believe what they did to Charlie... but I think it's gonna make a heck of story arc!

Maybe it's just me, but I didn't see any hint of anything between New Agent Amy and Peter. Where are you getting that? They both looked like they were ready to take the other down for interfering in their respective investigations.

There's nothing there for Peter. He's all about Olivia.

I didn't see anything between Peter and Amy either. I like the new agent but there wasn't anything with Peter.

Oh, I didn't see interest there or anything. If anything, Peter was incredibly impacted by the near-loss of Olivia and very protective of her, not to mention very spurred on by her almost dying into becoming proactive in the unit as a whole. Something about her attitude just kinda rubbed me the wrong way, and again, I'm very protective of the little group's vibe and unclear of how she'll fit in.

^Yeah exactly. Like I said, maybe she'll grow on me, but as of now I don't really know. I mean she didn't so anything wrong, but she hasn't convinced me she belongs there yet.

And awww, the Fringe team is like a little family. I love them <3

Loved the premiere. I lovedddd all the POness and was confused why there was SO much considering I read some review that said there wasn't supposed to be any and some other things that didn't happen either.

Amy= DNW. She bugs me. I wonder if she's shady. Probably.

Charlie- NOOOOOOOOOOO! I saw it coming (probably cause of all the drama surrounding Kirk's exit), but just noooo. I loved Charlie. So sad to see him go. Now we have some evil dude wearing his skin. Reminds me of Season 2 of Alias with Francie.

Ooo Shanna, your icon is gorg. Where did you get it from?

Can't wait for next week!

I was more than a little annoyed by this episode. They spent most of season one asking questions about William Bell's connection to the Pattern and just as it seems as if we'll finally get some answers, we get a lame cliffhanger--I hate cliffhangers. Ever since 'The Best of Both Worlds' I've hated cliffhangers. And we don't get to see of Olivia's meeting with Bell in the premiere? Just more and more questions? That's lame. You need to answer at least some of the questions you've got out there before asking new ones, J.J. Or did you forget how Lost imploded?

And don't even get me started on what happened to Charlie, who was one of my favorite characters, even if he didn't get much to do. Kirk Acevado is a fine actor and I hope they're able to get rid of the stupid super soldier and return Charlie's personality. Though for the life of me I don't know how they would do it.

This is very similar in a lot of ways (except at least for me- chime in, other Alias fans- that was utterly SHOCKING to me, it's not like there was talk of doubling like with here where there was evidence of shape shifting, we see Charlie alone, and then next thing you know he's next to a dead body. With Francie, all the sudden she was just dead, and someone was in her place). But it was a case where Sydney's best friend was killed and replaced with a lookalike who was there to extract information in any way she could. It lasted from the very end of Episode 13 to the finale, 2x22, so I wonder how long FauxCharlie will be around for.

^ Agreed with everything you said. Alias is my fav show from all time and i was SHOCKED about Francie. That was a very good storyline and Charlie's storyline remindes me about Francie but, just like you said, it's a little different because there wasn't any shapeshifter in Alias. It lasted a lot but i think that we might find out the truth about Charlie in two-three episodes

Judging from the promo photos I have seen, I'd say episode four is when Olivia finds out about Shapeshifter Charlie.
Isn't that supposed to be the last episode Kirk is going to be in?

I thought the episode was way too predictable.

But I did like the stunt scene of Olivia crashing through the car window.
Walter shopping with Peter (reminded me of shopping with my mom),

The hospital scene with Charlie and Olivia.

Didn't like the newbie.
Hated the predictable ending.

Anyone know how many episodes are filmed already? Because in the "this season in Fringe" preview, we saw someone have a knife to shapeshifter!Charlie's neck, so we can assume that either they found out about him, or the man he is working for doesn't like something he did. So if they DID find out about fake!Charlie, then it has to be in one of the episodes already filmed. But if that's not what the knife scene was about, then we're back to square one. We have to remember too though that there is Alter-Charlie with the scar on his face back in the other reality. I think I remember the producers saying not to forget that ...
