| Moderator Support Team ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm just reposting this from my LJ: Fringe was awesome tonight!!! Finally, that Harris guy got what was coming to him! I just didn't think he'd be such a raging psychopath when he got his just desserts! So glad he was gone! Also, OMFG The Observer! Peter's sound device was very cool! I want one. OMFG with Nina getting shot at the end. No way is she dead. And is it me or wouldn't it be like completely awesome if Astrid was a double agent? I just think she is sorely underused. I also felt really bad for Walter tonight. I totally understand Olivia's frustrations...believe me...but I felt really bad when Walter started crying. Oh and bonus points for the Stephen King mention! Yay! Finally, the finale looks awesome! I can't wait! I really, really wonder if this show was inspired by the His Dark Materials trilogy because the whole story was about the quest for other dimensions and the war between them...and maybe even some inspiration from Stephen King's Dark Tower series and The Talisman/Black House which are great books. I can't recommend them enough!__________________ Susanღ|Icon|22K@TayMom|NJ∞DS∞CB I've lost myself Or most of me I'm ready for the final precipice But you haven't lost me yet ♥ | |||

I actually never thought that Harris would be a part of it, but I'm glad he's gone. he was a total biznatch to Olivia. Well now we know why. He knew she was under the cortexifan trails, right? And I'm guessing that Issac guy is who Nick was talking about, the guy that activated him. He had glasses and white hair. Peter's device was awesome! He's like a inner genius. I LOVE how he made it for Walter too. He really loves him. And the scene in the restaurant with Walter holding Peter's hand, AWWWW <3 I felt bad when Walter was crying too. I mean I totally get why Olivia was mad, but I feel like Walter really didn't know. I think Olivia realized that when she walked away. She was jsut angry, she wants answers. But Walter can't give them to her. THE OBSERVER! I wonder where he's taking Walter, AHH! And I liked how this ep had some Nina in it too, I missed her. I wonder what she discovered that was so important that made her get shot hmm. I don't think she's dead either. AND omg did you guys see that light box in the room with Nancy/Olivia? The one that Olivia had to turn off in Ability. You saw it for like a SPLIT second. I wonder if they tested Nancy with that? SEASON FINALE NEXT WEEK! Ahhhh <33 __________________ and i will find a way to you if it kills me, → support everly, buy Maybe on iTunes Last edited by killed the lights : 05-05-2009 at 07:38 PM. | |||

| Obsessed Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I totally jumped for joy with blow-torch Harris!! That was so satisfying. Really great episode, and you can see how it's setting us up for next week's cliffhanger of a finale: Walter will be "gone", Olivia hasn't dealt with her visions, Nina is in trouble yet still protecting William Bell from something/someone. I can see where Peter and Olivia will look to William Bell now for help finding Walter. Loved all the Spock references too! They're not too surreptitious about Leonard Nimoy coming on board, are they? The glyphs spelled out: VISION __________________ Avi by: some mad hope I just wanna live while I'm alive! This was a truly excellent episode. Just brilliant. That scene with Clint Howard and inner-scifi geek, Josh Jackson was AWESOME. Just awesome. Here's my theory, I wonder if Harris was calling Nina Sharp? Maybe William Bell ISN'T financing all this ZFT business, but Nina is filtering it through and he *thinks* he supporting something else? Because Walter found the original ZFT that Belly wrote and it confirmed to him that Bell put a ethics "clause" in his manifesto that insured that they were here to protect their children, etc. I think that something is a lot deeper than what meets the eye. __________________ "Yeah, I guess I would consider myself fun and fearless." | Obsessed Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I agree. William Bell may very well be an innocent screen or a front for Nina's or someone else's true plans for using Massive Dynamics. Every time someone asks about Bell's whereabouts, Nina gets all nervous and rolley-eyed and mumbles, "... Travelling". That's only gonna go so far from this point on. Now, Anna Torv said she had only a very tiny scene with Leonard Nimoy, but I hope he's actually featured in next week's finale. I'm so sad next week is the last of the season. I'm anticipating it, but with dread! __________________ Avi by: some mad hope I just wanna live while I'm alive! It's my life! -Bon Jovi | |||

| Moderator Manager ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think that the scene will be the last one with Nimoy. I don't know for certain, but we'll most likely hear his voice more than see him on our screens. But for next season, we've got more Nimoy to whet our appetites. I'm surprised that Olivia didn't wait for Peter to come back and talk to them all together about her findings. And does this mean that Olivia is a firestarter, too? Anyone else notice the ZFT light box next to the girl in the lab? And I didn't know that Stephen King created the term, pyrokinetic! I just saw Firestarter this last weekend on TV. One of my all time fave 80s flicks. (Side note: Filmed ENTIRELY in Wilmington, North Carolina where they filmed Dawson's Creek -- and it was the first film ever made there. I met a few people that worked on the film when I was there for DC that gave me that tidbit. /OT) __________________ "Yeah, I guess I would consider myself fun and fearless." Why? | Obsessed Fan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yeah, I caught the light box in the lab room. But, really, does it serve a purpose? Olivia thinks she faked Jones out about her ability to turn those lights off -- as well as the bomb's lights. Or, perhaps is Olivia not aware that she really did turn out those lights? Is the box next to Nancy as a red herring to psyche Olivia out, or is there some real ability there? Kinda reminds me of the number-crunching into the hatch computer in LOST -- do it, or else. __________________ Avi by: some mad hope I just wanna live while I'm alive! It's my life! -Bon Jovi | |||

| I want to say last night episode was AM-AZING! ![]() Gotta love how Peter surprised Walter by saying that he made this unbelieveable project for him, just for him. My heart beamed by that moment, and it was very sweet moment between father and son, and how Walter gushed over his childhood moment which made Peter smile slightly by that. That's so adorable. I think they are heading in a good father/son's relationship which gets me excited to look forward to. ![]() I also feel so so so bad for Walter when Olivia confronted him about her being drugged when she was a child, but I do understand what Walter was trying to say, but as he had done that years and years ago, it was hard for him to remember everything back then, but I do feel bad for him when he broke down in tears when Olivia was so mad at him. I also loved how he held Peter's hand when he saw him crying, and he was so comforting him. That was the best scene, ever. Love that! I was so happy and was full of joy when Harris got himself burned because that guy grated on my nerves by messing with Olivia and her professionalism, and that made absolute sense how he did this to hide himself and to avoid those stuff, and he finally got himself burned to death. Made me so happy that he's completely gone... I am so intrigued about Issac and his methods, that he must have worked to burn people or something. So strange... But now everything is good and all in the end which is a plus in my book! OMFG! at the season finale promo! What an intense! I am so intrigued and excited about that, but man we are so waiting for the whole damn summer to get to next season two, gahhhh!__________________ {Graceful, Beautiful, Classy} ♥ | |||
