That scene was indeed good. It was also a matter of trust between them, for Peter to call his father for help and listen to his advice and for Walter to trust his son to do it.
But it also cracked me up that when he called him Walter was like " I just made pop corn"

And I loved when Phillip (I think it was Phillip anyway) was asking Peter where his dad was and he was like "He's playing around with the seat warmer."

And I agree Demy, that the scene clearly showed some trust. Peter knew Walter would help him when he would call. I loved the cocaine suggestion like Peter would have that on him or something.

I agree, Peter could have easily called 911 but he instead called his father. Now if we only knew why Peter disliked him so much.

I agree with everyone about the lullaby scene, it's the best one of the show for me, so far. They have me more curious about their relationship right now than "the pattern", and of course, both are related to Walter's work, so it will be interesting.

I liked them in the pilot loads but after last night I'm sold!
I love their dynamic.
And so sweet for Peter to ing row your boat regardless if I did see it coming from the minute it was mentioned in the begining of the episode.
It was still a lovely moment. Bittersweet and beautiful.
