If she is dead...then I think that Peter's resentment would be even deeper towards Walter. Practically a single mother with a son and Walter in his lab doing Frankenstein experiments. But part of me wants something deeper then she is just dead lol..I don't know why, just love drama

Well, about my theories, I'm subscribing to Walter having done some experiments on, and possibly even cloning Peter. Wanting give Peter a random check up and commenting on his weight seemed to stick out as clues that Peter was not a regular child. But, this is J.J. Abrams, so I'm sure there's more to it even or something else all together going on, .

I think she is maybe dead. I remember this conversation between Peter and Olivia:

Olivia: Your father maybe aid to save Someone who's dying someone I care about very much. Peter: Sweetheart, we all care about someone who's dying

It seems that Peter was very serious when Olivia mentioned the person who was going to die, probably he remembered his mom
