Yes. It's been a problem fora actors in SciFi since before Star Trek.

You are not wrong. On the other hand, it's wonderful to be able to say he is best known and loved for those 2 cult shows, because most actors don't manage even one. Don't get me wrong, I would like to see him in successful blockbusters, but it looks like he's choosing more varied quality projects and I respect that.

Actually, he started in movies and worked his way to television.
