The whole of fringe never happend! Finale messed up the whole timeline!

I.m.o. the finale of Fringe introduced a temporal paradox that effectively messes up the timeline in such a way that none of the events of the whole series (all 5 seasons) would have ever happened!

Consider this: by sending the child Observer (Michael) to the 22nd century the Observers never came into existence, right?
Well, do you remember why Walter crossed over to the other side the very first time? Yep, to save the Peter from the other side (THE Peter we enoyed the whole series) from dying like his own Peter did.
But why did HE (Walter) have to save Peter? That's right, because Walternate didn't find the cure, or rather, missed that he actually did discover the cure.
So who's fault was it that Walternate missed the cure? Right again, September! While observing the event of Walternate discovering the cure, Walternate actually saw him (September), which distracted Walternate making him miss the fact that he had actually found the cure!

But now, by sending Michael to the 22nd century, the Observers never existed. Hence September never existed (remember that he's artificially conceived, like all Observers are).
Hence Walternate did actually find the cure in this reset timeline as September wouldn't be around to distract him.
Hence Walter saw Walternate discover the cure (through the universe window), which took away any incentive to make the dangerous crossing over to the other side!
Hence no rupture in the fabric of the universes. Peter grows up in the alternate universe, never meeting "our" Olivia (hence no Henrietta).
Hence no fringe events in either universes.
Hence no Fringe division in any universe and Walternate wouldn't have to send back shapeshifters because there is no need to discover how Walter managed to cross over (which was the first objective of the shapeshifter) because Walter didn't cross in the first place.
Hence as good as NOTHING we saw in any of the episodes EVER happend!

Yet I wonder; what would Walter have done in the reset timeline in which he hadn't crossed over? Most likely his arrogant younger version would eventually have found some other way to mess with the fabric of the universe... but anyway.
And another thought: Would William Bell in this timeline (the one without Observer) also be crazy as to want to create his own new universe?

You guys have any thoughts on all of this?
