Ohhhh so the good normal Observers we know would still be around. Therefore September did interfere w/ Walternate's experiment forcing Walter to cross over and kidnap Peter?

No, the ones that we met in the beginning wouldn't because with Michael going to the future (and convincing the scientist that emotions/empathy is not a bad thing) the observers wouldn't want to invade and therefore the 12 original observers wouldn't be sent to observe. Thus, September would never interfere with Walternate and Walter would never kidnap Peter.

In the play Richard Nelson "reimagines, during the course of this weekend, the creation of Balanchine and Stravinsky’s historic collaboration, the ballet Orpheus, and explores the interesting and controversial ways American art was funded at the outset of the Cold War."
