I've always had the impression that justice was a little stricter in the alt universe, so I wouldn't be surprised if he got 20 years or more.

If he explained to the judge he did it to help cure his son's blindness, perhaps a lighter sentence.

Hard to say. It all depended really on what he was charged with. Judge may have gone leniant on him because of his son's condition.

Don't know how hard the legal system is on bad cops in the alternate universe. Sure career with Fringe Division is over however.

A betrayal that I doubt it would be taken lightly, specially with an officer down :look:

If he could prove he didn't plan on alt-Lincoln getting killed, maybe.

Remember, his co-conspirator, David Robert Jones is dead.

And his attempt to kill our Lincoln was unknowingly thwarted by Walternate without implicating alt-Broyles (unless he told on himself).
