My neighbor passed away yesterday. I've only known him for a couple of years, but he was such a sweet and giving gentleman. I wish I'd known him longer.

It's right at the southern tip of Florida at the moment, and is expected to skirt the coast all day Sunday, then proceed up the coasts of Georgia and the Carolinas on Monday and Tuesday.

Beautiful weather today! Probably not going to get many more consecutive days of this before fall hits
I found a new apartment I’m interested in  rent is cheaper but have to pay for utilities which sucks but they’re also a lot nicer so I think it’s enough to offset the cost, although these Apts are only 1st and 2nd level and I don’t know if I want to give up my third floor unit. Advice appreciated guys!__________________
