Of course, the owners and the MLB stand to make a lot of money and so they are pushing the envelope to get something on TV sooner rather than later.
Sports down here are starting to slowly open up the stadiums open to more and more fans

I'm still a bit too cautious to get my hair cut yet, but I'll have to do it soon. It's down past my shoulders and I can't stand hair on the back of my neck in the summer.

It’s going to be so weird watching the NHL playoffs with no fans or crowd noise

The Lab (OT) #24: Whatcha got cookin'?

This is the first time I've heard that masks protect you from others as well as others from you.

Dr. Sharona Hoffman, a professor of law and bioethics at Case Western Reserve University, said the science is clear: wearing a mask protects both the wearer of the mask and other people. And right now, Hoffman said, it's one of the only tools available to protect against COVID-19 spread.

I’ve heard it before but I don’t know how true it is, but I’m wearing one regardless. The surviving members of my family mostly are in the older bracket and many with pre existing conditions

It makes sense. If the mask prevents particles from going out from your mouth and nose to infect others, it must work at least somewhat in reverse to prevent particles from coming in. It also prevents you from touching your mouth or nose in the event someone else's particles have gotten on your hands. Which means it's important to wash your hands thoroughly - or use a sanitizer - whenever you take the mask off.

I thought that would be the case as well, but never heard any official statement from any medical professional about it before now.

Yeah it is itd be fun if they would do live-streams for the games but after they did some for fun ones and people were using racial slurs towards some of the players I think that’s out

I don't pay a lot of attention to the fans when I'm watching a game on tv, so I don't think it will be much difference to me, but I do wonder if it will affect the players. I know they are professionals, but I think the fan support is still a big part of the game for them. Of course, neither team will have any fans in the stands, so at least any affect will be even.

I think it would psyche me out and affect my playing

Think some players will be able to adjust to not having fans there better than others

That will be weird. Especially if some camera shots include empty stands.
