WOW I really enjoyed this episode. it had me on the edge of my seat for most of the hour. Lost of twists that were unexpected and well played out. This is one of the non-pattern episodes that I really really enjoyed.

One of the things I really loved was the parallel between Peter/Walter and Dr. Carson/Tyler. How they both lost their mother's at a young age and their father's were both scientists that seemed to be realyl focused on work. I love when Peter was trying to talk Tyler down in the car, he seemed to be the only person who really understood him.

There was a lot fo great Peter/Walter scenes this episode too. I loved the one when Walter was telling Peter about his mother and William Bell. How he and Bell were supposed to start a company together, but Bell didn't wait for him. And then the white noise teddy bear, LOL! "A teddy bear vs. mind control spies, the bad guys don't stand a chance" So funny. Also when Peter was taken, Walter was SO WORRIED. I felt so bad for him. Olivia and Nina could see it too. And I loved the scene at the end, with the crepes. We're getting a little bit more info on Peter's mother, I love that. Hopefully we'll continue to get more throughout the season.

I really liked the storyline twist, how Tyler was controlling their minds. I had a feeling Tyler had something to do with his own kidnapping, but I didn't think he was one controlling their minds. Very good and well played twist writers. I approve.

Not much P/O tonight (well romantic-ish anyway) They did have more scenes than last week though. I loved when Olivia was trying to get Walter to work on stopping Tyler's mind control, and she said "he helps me too" <3 And then when Peter woke up after he crashed the car, and Olivia gave him the head nod! AWWW! I loved how Peter was on the phone with her at the end too. They are always calling each other.

So the thing that made em WTF?! The scene at the end with Nina typing to Bell. LIKE WHAT?!? What just happened?! LOL. Dr. Penrose, he was from last season right? I can't remember exactly what case it was, but I remember hearing his name. Was he the one who had the kid that grew old really fast? Evs, I can't remember. So wait, I even went back and RE-WATCHED the Nina scene at the end, and I'm still not entirely sure what she meant. So there was more than one Tyler? Or they keep cloning him? Or ... yeah IDK. And they were experimenting on him by giving him different parents? And was Carson in on it the whole time? It seems like it. IDK, I'm very confused. Hopefully one of you guys can explain it for me. I always had this feeling that deep down Massive Dynamic was on the good side, but I really don't know anymore.

So of the funny things I loved: Walter saying there was nothing fun at the crime scene, and that he wanted food. Typical Walter, LOL. And then the Astrid/Walter scene about what human brains taste like LMAO.

So overall, AWESOME episode. One of my favorites of the season, aside form 2.04. And I can't wait for next week, another Observer episode!

I have not gotten to see the beginning of the show for a while so seeing the recap was a little jarring. It was reminding me of early last season. I really was not that into the series early last season, but now it is one of my favorites. It is hard to say what changed, but things that felt like they had missing parts earlier are all there, and the more heavy clunky parts have been lightened in a way that drives the plot.

Anyway I enjoyed this a lot. I could tell Tyler was the one with the mind control powers early on but that twist about the multiple Tylers at the end - did not see that one coming. and I am glad to have the focus move back to what the hell is Massive Dynamic's involvement and why.

Walter's boredom at the first crime scene and envy/shame at Massive Dynamic was wonderful. Also I love how these plots keep reflecting on Walter's big secret from Peter. Also the announcement to the SWAT team is what makes Fringe Fringe

Peter was a good kidnapped almost victim. I liked the dynamic he was trying to build with Tyler.
Spoiler:
I read recently that they are casting Peter's mother. I am not sure if it will be a present day or flashback version, but this episode made me want to see her.

I loved the episode. I didn't expect it to be Tyler to be the one with the mind control so that was a good twist and the twist at the end with the multiple Tylers really unexpected as well. I loved the comparisons between Tyler and his dad's relationship and Peter and Walter's. Poor Walter he was so worried about Peter.

Wow, just wow. Another episode for me to love it. Here I thought that it would be another good one but no, this is the best one. I was totally focused on the whole freakin' time without a distraction because gah, that one just reeled me in all the way.

Anyways, I was feeling for Walter when he was so worried out of his mind about Peter's kidnapping, and I love how he called Carson out on his parental skills and he was about to confront him but Olivia stopped him. Oooh he must realize that his time with Peter was so precious and that all those years, he was busy with his science stuff to care so now he gets this feeling of fatherly love toward Peter. The whole time he was beside himself, couldn't do his work without Peter, and if it's not for Olivia's encouragement, he wouldn't have done his work to stop this. So I love the scene between Walter and Olivia when they said how much Peter helps them both and that shows that Peter is MORE important to them than just a case, no matter what they do with him every single episode, he does help them a lot more than he ever knows. So I am glad to see them apperciate to have him in their lives.

As for mind controlling thing, I got this feeling that it had to be Tyler, but somehow at the beginning when they showed the guys standing there, showing their badass side or whatever, I just assumed that it had to be them doing the dirty work, but noo it was Tyler the whole time so I was pretty shocked that he just kidnapped himself to find his mother. It was pretty intense because I was on the edge of my seat especially at the end of the episode, let's say last 20 minutes of it. Oh yeah!

And Peter doing dirty work with Tyler, I am glad that he managed to overcome to convince him not to make him murder those cops and that there has to be another way to do this, and he was this close to kill Broyles but he managed to shift a little bit harder and shoot so it must be hard to control yourself like that. I like the scene between Peter and Broyles about that.

And whole feeling of lonely without father's love and attention, it was great to see Peter telling Tyler that he understood where he's coming from and that he doesn't blame him for feeling that way but what he's doing is so wrong, so wrong. It was good scenes so far between those two.

And I was ewwin' the whole time when Astrid and Walter talked about how the brains taste like and I am like oh no, don't tell me more about that, lol. It was so disgusting hearing about how they are so curious about that.

One part I like the most is how they made the car flip out in the air and crashed right down on the grounds and burst out in fire. I don't know but I am kinda into actions flicks so ya'll would probably notice my compliments if there's more actions stuff there, hee!

I am so confused with Nina's contract with Williams by end of the episode? Like what?! And Carson's in the end seems like there's something more than what they are telling us. I wonder if they will tell us more about that or just be done with it? I wonder what's up with that showing him doing the file and pushing the cart with his son in it? Hmm!

I can't wait for next week. The observer? Finally he will tell us the reasons why he followed them and what he's doing all those stuff so far. I can't wait to see and know what's up with that. So far the episode was fantastic! I love it!
