The fact that he did a total do-over on S2 didn't help the budget any. Even with lots of cash, Netflix has to watch the bottom line. They aren't in this for the artistry or to please fans. They're in it for the money.

I suppose so although I wonder if he meant do over as in just re-writing the script? I can’t imagine period pieces are cheap but still
He could at least hand it over to someone else Oh well, it’s Netflix. Their shows usually last 3 - 4 seasons at the most __________________
