I thought I'd heard somewhere that S3 was coming. Something related to Netflix signing up for both seasons - 2 and 3.

'As far as Season 3 is concerned, it is too early to tell. The show is popular internationally but it hasn’t caught fire in the US. So, we will have to wait and see if gets a renewal or the boot.'

Netflix could drop it if it doesn't do well - and Foxtel could continue. But depending on how much money Netflix is paying for the rights, US and other Netflix viewership could still make or break the series.
