i thought it was amazing, though I wish Anna's character had gotten some time like the other two detectives. Since there's a second season I will hold out hope. She is definitely great.

So she's only a supporting character? Thats what I'm afraid of
Her name isn't even in the credits, well at least the first two episodes. __________________

But her name is on the other 7 episodes
I think she'll have more screen time in s2 __________________

I noticed it appears now! I'm relieved
I'm jus exicited she's on a new show I can actually watch and it's like Fringe in a few ways I wonder what the heck is up with that weird security installation guy we see briefly at the beginning of every episode? I'm guessing it's for her and the guys next season or something.. __________________

Next season for sure, I think he's the serial killer that will give them a hard time.

I'm almost sure that guy is a fictionalized - or maybe not so fictional - version of the BTK killer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Rader He was an infamous serial killer in who was active in the 70s and 80s.
I finished watching and I have to say it's a really tough show to watch. There's only so much horrific crime I can stomach in a tv show, and this one definitely pushes that envelope. At least they don't do much in the way of actually showing the bodies or murders like some shows do - but the descriptions and the general creepiness is really hard to take. For those that aren't finished, I'll put the rest in a spoiler:

Yeah I can understand how some wouldn't like the amount of violence the show presents but it's something that comes with the topic of the show, though.
I really hope they don't take over a year until they put out a 2nd season. I made a thread over in the TV section for the show, too, so it doesn't clog up the Anna thread, lol. Mindhunter (Netflix) #1: How do we get ahead of crazy if we don't know how crazy thinks? __________________

it's probably going to be a year wait for s2
Heidi I like the idea of Wendy going on the field with Holden or Bill and helping them with the interiews or with suspects. __________________

Meh I didn't although it's just personal because shows seem to be pairing up every two characters that interact two often now. Not this time! I liked him with Debbie anyways.

I'm actually glad there's not likely to be any romance between the main characters. I like the way they are using Tench's wife and Debbie and also Wendy's girlfriend to show how working for the FBI - and for this group in particular - affects their personal relationships.
