That interview is from New York Fashion Week which was in September. It was posted here back then, but thanks anyways because it is a great interview.

I love how excited she looked when they asked her about Stroup. Although Shenae's new haircut is shorter, it's still shoulder length. I think the interviewer was more asking if she would ever get a chin length bob. I really don't think she would go that short, she's too in love with her hair.

I was sort of surprised she went as short as she did considering in People magazine her beauty quote was about her hair being her security blanket and in the 90210 "things you don't know about the cast" interview Stroup said Shenae was obsessed with her hair. Based on all the stuff I just wrote, I kind of think the show is responsible for her new cut and color and should therefore be run over.

I couldn't agree more with both. I was pissed that they only show Annie for a split second in the 10 things to expect in the new year from 90210 promo. It makes sense though since the promo was all upbeat and funny while Annie is probably going to be in for even more drama.

It wasn't that huge a haircut, so I don't think it was that big a deal, but it is sort of strange she cut it so soon after the interview. Set pics of her with shorter hair came out only a couple weeks after NY Fashion Week. Maybe she didn't know about it and she came into work one day and they were like "time for a hair cut".

I think most people agree with you that it looked better long. I loved her long hair, but I also think it looks cute shorter.
