Max is different then PJ/Austin because she went with it based on that he was a sweet, smart, confident guy that she happened to find attractive too. With Austin and PJ it was both that they were hot and she felt there was chemistry.. which is not an equally good ground upon which to start a relationship. Out of PJ and Austin I prefer PJ because at least they're not fighting every episode, but that's just the lesser out of two horrible pairings.. Max/Naomi was (is) amazing.

honestly, i haven't bought into naomi with anyone since max. they complement each other. They're refreshing.

I don't understand how people would like Austin just in general even if paired with sb other than Naomi but to each their own I guess

I think Naomi and Max are so cute and their scenes were always so much fun, they should have introduced Max sooner in the season that he was brought in, their relationship had great progress but a lot of it happenned off-screen

it's so nice to see this thread active. i am all sorts of happy.

i feel austin is too much like the guys N usually chased in the past, and PJ is the type of guy she feels she should be with. max was a surprise, and i felt her excitement and happiness because of it. i never believed it when she said she loved PJ.

N said one line in the last epi which makes me feel that max is the one... when she broke up with PJ, she said something along the lines that she would always wonder if he loved her for her. i think it's been clear almost from the beginning that max loves every bit of N, even the crazy part. and he also supported her personal journey more than any of her other partners.
