i love the hallway walks, both the secret one and the coming out one. they are BOTH strutting and smirking, cause they know how awesome they are. nerds have swag too.

i'm starting to lose hope again for max/josh... they are so close to starting filming and we've heard so little. someone save me from going to that dark lonely place...

i'm trying to convince myself that if they do let max go early on, that they will bring him back towards the end of the season, so he can ride in on his white horse and save naomi from whatever drama she is sure to be having. no matter what happens, i really want her to finally get that happy ending. i think these 2 are truly in love, and max can give that to her.

and as much as I've loved Naomi with other people before Max, I don't think she's ever had such a good connection with a man before. Max makes her strive to live up to her potential - because he knows she can be so much better when it comes to academic things, instead of just coasting by on her luck and charm

i really think Max simply sees Naomi as she is and shines a light on all that's great about her. it's beautiful.

I'm not worried. The pregnancy is probably a lie, resulting in Maomi needing some breathing room, OR she miscarries and she tells Max to go to Mass. So they go their seperate ways. I fully expect Max to show up on her doorstep one of these days.

Yeah also it was the only cliffhanger we were given so to basically erase it would make the season finale lamer then it already is.

I am convinced she is probably not pregs, but I am likewise very much against the lie. I have been happy, and AL too it seems, with the direction Naomi is headed. She is still hilarious and self-confident, but we've also seen her compassionate and intelligent sides, thanks to Max.

I guess I feel so strongly about this pairing because IMO it's one of the few things that RRK's team did right in S3. I hope they keep the good (i.e. M/N), toss much of the rest.
