I didn't watch that scene, did Silver walk into the hospital on her own or did someone physically drag her into hospital?

Navid has his arm around her and walks her into the hospital. The doctor nor Navid nor anyone mentions Kelly.

I think she checked herself in, which is okay. After Navid/Dixie convinced her to get out of the car, she walked in there herself.

I was a bit meh over this episode - I don't think it flowed as well as it could have and the kids seemed to jump all over the place but it wasn't bad bad. Max and Naomi's cuteness kind of saved it for me - but I admit, I kind of drifted off with everything else, sadly. Even Silver's breakdown couldn't hold my interest.

Why was the guy with the wheelchair there then? Navid obviously talked with the staff on some level when it would've been better to have Kelly. I think my other problem was that they literally made it impossible to say no without her guardian knowing anything.

Silver might be 18 now. If that is the case, they wouldn't necessarily need to contact Kelly. Navid might have called and said my girlfriend is having issues with her bipolar disorder and I am going to try and convince her to check herself in. He couldn't force her to do anything, but it would explain why they were expecting her. In a perfect world they would have had Kelly involved, but it doesn't really ruin the storyline not having her there in my opinion.

It really makes you wonder how many adults have undiagnosed mental disorders and have no one to "force" them into getting help.

This episode didn't excite me much, but there are a few things worth remembering:

1. Silver to Navid: "You were right. You are always right, Mr Perfect. Are you happy now?" LOL Well said, Silver.

2. Naomi to Teddy: "The player getting played!" - Preach it, sister! I've really started to hate Teddy, just going back and think how he played with Adrianna in early S02. I hope you get what you deserve, player!

3. Max to Naomi: "MIT was my first choice. And now you are." AWWWW

4. Jessica Lowndes. As Mayberry aptly put it, she pulls off every facet of Ade, and she manages to inject facets into very biased writing. This is the main reason why I canNOT hate Ade, I just LOVE her every episode more.

She can also do quite a number thing when she's 18, including seeing her own personal doctor or psychiatrist so they can switch/up/lower her meds instead of locking her up. I just don't see what the point was or why you would have an "intervention" without her, especially since Kelly was so strict about her meds when the bipolar started. It's not like she left the city/country like Harry or Navid's father.

The actress is never coming back, so the writers did would they could with what they had. I actually think they did a good job and Stroup's acting was great. The show has so many other problems, that this doesn't bother me what so ever. Compared to what parentless Naomi was doing as a 16/17 year old, this was nothing.

They mentioned her name before this episode this season. I don't know. If it was me, I would've had Adrianna go to Silver's (because it's never explained how she found out in the first place), and Adrianna could've followed Kelly to the hospital in her car. That way, at least she'd be mentioned and they could explain Adrianna's presence unless Ade has the ears of God or something.

They try to jam so much into one episode that they don't have any room to add more scenes (a couple of the Marco/Teddy scenes from the sides got cut) and Jennie Garth doesn't want to be on the show so how can anyone follow Kelly. The writers really didn't have many options.

Comes off like she was stalking Navid.

I thought that was a given.

I was going to say that but I've given up insulting Ade. The writers have made her so pathetic that I'm not going to bother anymore.

They don't have to cut explaining somebody's entrance after being out of the ep for 40 minutes. The writers just can't fill in a blank.

They never wrote an entrance to begin with because they already had more than 40 minutes of episode written. They always cut important stuff out. It's horrible writing, but it is what it is. I've come to accept it.

I think most fans just assume Ade's crazily obsessed and is following Navid around. She's unemployed and not in school, what the hell else is she doing with her time when she's not plotting revenge.....obviously stalking.
