In our most paranoid moments, we fear that everyone is talking about us. That's become my reality. I can't hear what they're saying, but I know it's not nice.

Most normal people enjoy a sacred pact with society. Live a good life and society will take care of you. But if society drops the ball then someone else has to pick up the slack. That's where I come in.

So this is doom. I've been the architect of so much of it, it's only fair that I should know what the fuss is all about. He left me this room for a reason. Five women gave their blood, their lives for this moment. There's only one way to find out why.

This makes it sound like they just split, yet they've been apart for over 18 months.

I was disappointed when I heard that they were divorcing. They would have gone through a lot together, particularly when Michael was fighting cancer. Nice to see though that they're able to continue to work together on the show.
