Harrison is way to adorable! Dexter and Deb living together…love them together! Oh Colin Hanks I still don’t know about you as a villain for this season! Ugh…Quinn…that was a quick rebound! I can’t stand LaGuerta….she is horrible..and Deb is a way better cop than she will ever be. Dexter with the book...and when he was young he was tracking seriel killers! Dexter at the retirement home love him using the need for coffee as a chance to look at her computer Ice Truck Killer case!! i miss Rudy/Brian! he was a great villian for the show!! There will never be an episode where i will never not hate Quinn! LaGuerta is really setting Deb up for a fall...i have never been a fan of her and now i really can't stand her. I love when Dexter uses fake names! that guy is so mean! Walter cheating at golf Dexter knowing that he is an evil man!! Brother Sam wants Dexter to go to his work party...and bring Harrison? loving all the Dexter/Deb this season! the old man is not who i want to see shirtless...we need more Dexter shirtless!! this guy is such an old pervert!! if anyone is sketchy its you Quinn!! random horse? Dexter in the storage locker...the box of teeth!! omg!! "at least he's considerate" Walter with the gun he knows he's Miami Metro...and what he's doing!!! good for Deb standing up to LaGuerta! i can't believe that he doesn't think that Deb is the lieutenant!! Dexter having him in the plastic on the chair Sufficating him!! Crazy!! putting the teeth into the ocean? Quinn you are so disgusting!! she stole the hand!! something is up with her....i don't know it yet!! Harrison is way to cute!! omg...all the blood samples falling.....no order anymore...intense!! the bodies riding the horses...what? intense episode....it was great!!!

I loved this episode!! The gun scene with Walter and Dexter was intense! Did walter say "Goggle" instead of "Google" that cracked me up. LMAO
And La Guerta pissed me off as did Quinn.
Still love bautista. And aww Masuka getting some love even though it seems like that intern just said yes so she can steal the evidence. And how does she honestly think she won't get caught? It's obviously her and that stole it.

And dexter harrison scenes I love them so much!! And poor dexter. All his slides falling.

Next week looks intense! I so can not wait.

Wow...exactly how I felt on all counts... Colin's character is so back and forth... He's conflicted (and trying to think for himself) and then the EJO character pulls his strings like a puppet... Scary that someone could control someone that much isn't it?

Quinn... At least you could tell by his expression that he knows his existence is kinda an empty one... He's not happy... no matter how young the girl he was boffing is...

And I agree... LaGuerta is giving women in law enforcement a bad name... She's trying to play the boys' game and all she is proving is that she's as bad as some of them are... Ugh.

Dexter is losing his edge a little bit. An old man out thinks him by checking Dexter's car registration to find out his real identity and Googles ,or as Walter put it Goggles, (funny moment) him to learn he works for Miami Metro. Dexter even lets his guard down for a moment and a senior citizen with a bad back lures him in and pulls a gun on him. Dexter is letting the more human side of his nature conflict with his serial killer mentality. When would Dex ever be careless enough in the past to drop his box of blood trophy slides. Maybe that's the main element of this season, Dexter being more human because of his son but losing control of his killer instincts.

It was pretty funny to see Dexter go over to the news stand and ask for the copies of porn magazines that Walter wanted him to get. You could hear Dex ask for them as he pointed it out to the clerk and it just made me laugh.

The two religious fanatics are very creepy in their almost calm manner. The scene with the horses, mannequins and body parts was very disturbing.

I don't trust the new lab intern. Is she just an "Ice Truck" killer groupy or will she learn something from the evidence she stole that will put Dexter in danger of being revealed.

How about the huge plot hole about Walter having substantial face injuries from the car crash? They wouldn't think he just died of a heart attack when he has large gashes across his face. Especially after they did an optopsy and figured out he was suffocated. Then they check walter's computer records and see he searched for dexter. Like Walter could even use a computer to find out about dexter in the first place. Week episode IMO.

Good catch... I definitely wondered that... I remember his nose bleeding more than anything else (did he have another cut too?) and then of course I can say to myself... oh, well he hit his head on the nightstand/table etc or that he must've had the heart attack and passed out flat on his face...

But its something we definitely had to search for in finding a cause for it... I'm guessing Dexter was counting on the M.E. just writing it off as natural causes because he was elderly...

On another note, I'm wondering if Dexter will choose to give up his 'trophy' box... That would be a big one for a serial killer, but I had to wonder if Walter's box o'Teeth made him wonder about family (since he seems to want to keep them close, unline Walter) finding them etc...

If dexter would have done his usual tranquilizer in the needle, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. But since they crashed the car and he has visible damage from the crash it seemed a lot less likely they would just write it off as a heart attack.

I think in an autopsy a victim of suffocation is hard to differentiate from a victim of a heart attack because the same basic body functions and organs fail in both instances. The only way to cancel one over the other is through other signs such as medical history, chemical tests and body bruises/scars. In the case of Walter, it's a much easier assumption to say it was a heart attack because of his loner behavior and medical condition. They'd be pulling suffocation out of the blue by all appearances, even though in actual fact that is the real cause of his death.

Haha, Walter said Goggled.

That crazy blonde!

Quinn...

Harrison

Dexter, as always, gets the win. Goodbye, Walter. But yeah, it'll be interesting now that everything is "out of order" for him.

Whoa, horsemen. I'm trying to rehash my memory on everything I know about apocalyptic prophecies in "Revelations." Might have to dust off and open the bible once again.

I really enjoyed this episode. Okay there were a few plot holes regarding the Dexter offed the Tooth Fairy. I mean how could they believe he just died of a heart attack when he was bleeding all over his face? Even if Dexter cleaned off the blood, the marks would have still been there. Also how exactly did Walter get Dex's name from the car registration. You can't just look that up on any site, you'd have to have clearance into the Police Department or the Department of Motor Vehicles surely?

Apart from those issues, I still did like this episode. It really gave Dex a glimpse into the future for himself. Is this how he would end up? Still wanting to kill but not being strong enough to continue to do so? I can just imagine Dexter sitting in a storage locker with his box of slides as the only thing left in his life. I really hope he doesn't end up in the same position.

It didn't take me long to dislike Laguerta again. She was a decent character in the last few seasons, but once again she's just a nasty person who is clearly intimidated by having Deb, another woman, with so much authority.

I like the growing friendship between Dex and Brother Sam. Dex has never really had a friend before, but he has a connection to Sam.

Poor Masuka is so gullible, with that girl using him to get to the Ice Truck Killer evidence
