We definitely would love to play Tracy and Penny again. I know that Zac would totally be down for it as well because we can't have anybody but the Link Larkin. He's the only one that makes Tracy's heart beat. So, yeah I think they would be able to get everybody back, everybody that would really be important to the story line that they're writing for the second one.

I read the interview Jess, and I loved it. Thank you so much for bringing it here! I appreciate it. I just hope that she doesn't get accused of name dropping again. I remember the backlash that she got after other interviews. Regardless, it was great!

I love how she said that she and Amanda are just like Tracy and Penny in real life.

I was surprised that she didn't mention Brit at all though.

Americans for the Arts' Bob Lynch also joined the conversation- this is a cause the actors and director support and discussed with Penn and White House reps yesterday.

This is one of Efron's first films since "High School Musical" fame. While Danes admitted she wasn't familiar with his previous work, Efron said he learned a lot from the more mature actress and that he enjoyed the change of pace.

Another Efron, Danes fan? Or maybe just a supporter of the arts in schools? FBDC also spotted WaPo's Jonathan Capehart in the screening's audience.

Though there were plenty of fans staking them out in the Ritz lobby, Efron, Danes and Linklater had drinks there with just a small group after.

Great reviews of Zac for M&OW...theres so much movie news of this but this review really speaks well of Zac

That's how I felt about Zac Efron initially. I just didn't get what the hype was about aside from his too perfectly placed hair.

For those of you lovingly on Twitter who bet me $10 Zac couldn't pull it off, I'll accept cash, check or credit 'cause I think he totally did.

Whether it was Zac's decision or his team's to have him pass on Footloose, that was a brilliant move. Me and Orson Welles is definitely going to give him a leg up on his teenthrob competition since it showcases Z's bit of diversity.

Will Zac win an Oscar for this performance? No, but that's not the point. I think he totally proved himself worthy of being able to step outside the typecast of only being able to dance, sing and look pretty (although he does serenade us a bit in this flick).

Bottom line is for those of you expecting High School Musical: The College Years, this isn't it. But any of you who are mature Zac fans or who just want to check out a movie with great acting (Christian McKay was amazing) and directing, go for it on Nov. 25.

And yes, Zac's still looked very sexy, even in his period-piece ensemble, as he spat a few sexual one-liners. He's of age, so I'm allowed to say that.

I didn't go back to look at who it was. I am used to both you and Mel posting Zac's current and past pics, so I took a guess! Sorry about that Mel. I am giving you credit for it here! Thank you for that post.

I know that she didn't mention Lij, but he already said himself that he would be back for numerous sequels if they did them, so she may have felt that saying it once again wouldn't mean anything! That is my guess. I just know that some people go off about Nikki bringing up Zac's name in her interviews, and I hope that they leave her alone this time.

Once again, I loved the interview. I also love all of the new pics of Zac! He is looking mighty incredible to say the least, and there are some very nice things being said about him and his acting in M&OW. He is finally moving up from the teeny bopper image. Thank goodness!

Val, they basically say that she does it for the exact reason that you just pointed out. They also say that she has had her 15 minutes of fame and should now just disappear. Too bad that many of the people that spew out this venomous crap about Nikki worship the ground that their favorite person walks on and they have absolutely no talent whatsoever just like you pointed out. The way I look at it is that they have to have something to complain about when it comes to Nikki because they can't say that she has no acting talent or that she can't sing. Last but not least, they can't stand the fact that Zac himself has called Nikki his best friend, and he actually extended her a personal invitation to watch him do SNL. It all just boils down to jealousy, nothing more, nothing less.
