| I have no idea Jess. When she put her dress up for bidding for prom that one time, it said that it was a size 16. If that is accurate as what I know of a size 16, I would assume that a men's large would be fine. I used to be that size and that is what I wore in men's t-shirts, but I wasn't as well endowed as Nikki is. It also depends on if the material was pre-shrunk as well. If not, it will shrink in the wash a little, and that could be an issue. All in all though, I think that it should work.
