David Cook - David Cook 250,000 Posts Celebration Preparation

Hey guys!

We are fast approaching the 250k posts milestone (about 2,000 posts short at the moment) and since we will be very busy with the posting challenge in the month of May when it will most likely happen, I thought we should be prepared.

Contributions are very welcome! Ideas of what to send in:

- Icons
- Banners
- Gifs
- Testimonials (why you love David and the board)
- Anything else

If you'd like to contribute anything, please PM Jas or myself.

The deadline for sending things in is Sunday May 3 so that Jas and I still have time to put the OP together. (Deadline can be changed if necessary.)

I like writing them but if I have to write a few around the same time I usually end up saying the same things

It is fun to write them.

And that's understandable but it's okay since you can have those feeling about multiple boards.

The last time we did testimonials here was for our 150k posts celebration, I think.

Just a thought I got when I was looking at some previous celebration threads. Aw, that's okay.

I don't have anything at hand either, I'll look through some interviews and our quote thread if we decide to add them.

This thought just crossed my mind, do you guys think our anniversary being on June 30th has any effect on this celebration? I mean, we had separate celebrations once before when a posting milestone and an anniversary happened really close to each other (150k and 3 years, I think) but only because we didn't realize we could combine them.

Thoughts?

I'm always skeptical that I did a good job but thanks.

I'm looking forward to seeing your icons. I'll use this weekend to start on things. We're very close! It's making me nervous, actually haha.
