Personally I don't understand why anyone should have the "honor" or "glory" for finding it and rank higher in the fandom or whatever, in the end of the day it's not really about the fans but the man himself.

I agree... unfortunately people enjoy attention. So do I of course I just prefer other ways of getting it. But still, she went to the trouble of finding his posts for us and collecting em and typing it all up whatnot... and then she just gets called a creeper while everyone's flailing over them

It's really nice of her that she went through all the trouble and I appreciate that. And it's definitely not nice or right that she is being called names. Again, anyone could have found this, and that works two ways. It's not creepy that she did. But I don't think it should be considered an accomplishment either. It just always irks me a bit when fans start to glorify other fans.

And I didn't mean to rant about this either. The bottomline for me is that I don't really care who found it and where it came from. I don't know these people, I don't care about the comm(s). For me this is all about David and the fact that we get to see yet another, sweet, polite, helpful, regular guy from back 2006, since it seems very likely that it is indeed him.

So as far as I'm concerned, we can move on.

I just think people cound try to keep it in the fandom and not let David know. lol I say this cause he obviously still goes there (if he changed the picture) and I wouldn't want him to stop doing something he enjoys just because now everyone knows about it.

And yeah, if you're going to take something from someone else, you could tell that person. I know the girl posts in a board I frequent and she seemed nice with it anyway. lol

I totally agree. That's the thing with twitter, it has given people another channel to approach celebrities in a way they maybe wouldn't have done face to face back in the day, and well, some people don't have filters. Admittedly there's worse crap that gets tweeted to him what I bet is on a daily basis (seriously people ) but I agree that this is something he doesn't need to know. Although undoubtedly there is some eager beaver out there looking for another chance for an accomplishment so let's watch what happens. Exactly. This is how I feel. I'm not sure it's something he wants people to ask him about. Of course it's not a bad thing, it actually just shows that the guy he is on TV is the same guy on the internet, and that's pretty awesome... cause we know people show their really ugly on the internet.

Totally agree again. Basically I don't think there is anything bad or creepy or anything about this (again, it is a public site and I'm sure he knew already back in 2006 that what you post on the internet, will stay there forever) but it's just the idea that it would make him feel uncomfortable that makes me think this shouldn't be mentioned to him. If he finds out about it on his own, fine, but I don't think he should be forced to face it (semi-)publicly, either on twitter, or even worse in an interview.

I just woke up from my nap and it was starting on TV. I knew I'd seen bits of it before but I didn't know whether they're airing it regularly. Well, let's hope it's still on air next year and you'll find it on some channel there too.
