This is Joe Mazzello's directorial film debut. He had such commitment and such a sure fire plan in how to execute this film and it was a wonder to watch him work. It felt more like going to a rehearsal for a Broadway show than a film set. Mazzello cares about his actors, which in return the cast and crew wanted to serve our devoted captain. The film has comedy and drama with a **** ton of heart and I can’t wait for you guys to check it out!!

PROJECT SUMMARY

“Dead Fish Films and Parlay Pictures are in pre-production on the true story baseball themed independent feature film Undrafted starring Chace Crawford…Undrafted is based on a true story and centers on a very special day in the life of a promising young baseball player named John “Maz” Mazetti. After he discovers that he was not drafted, Maz has an epiphany one day that changes his life forever. He finds himself playing in a casual intramural summer league baseball game with a group of wacky teammates who feel strongly that Maz has the making of a great ball player.
