Kasey, when you do your first day of your job, it will be tough because it's everything new so I am sure they are aware of that and don't expect you to be expert like that so they might give you some slacks when you can't do them right away but in few months, you will be expert like them. All jobs are like that, if only people are compassionate and understanding like that.

Sadly they expect me to be super fast already. I've only worked about 6-7 days
