| Moderator Support Team | For 212. He was completely over the top judgemental, cruel, and hypocritical. He'll forgive Vanessa for stealing mail and manipulating them, but he can't do the same for Jenny for the stupid dress thing (that really wasn't even about him but more about Vanessa betraying Jenny)? And now the reason they're not talking doesn't exist anymore, wouldn't you think, they'd start talking again? And it's not like he's this perfect person either. You think he'd be a little more understanding...but no he has to put J up on a pedestal. I get why he was disappointed, but Jenny has changed so much and is just even more awesome, it's sad N doesn't recognize that. He used to help her out and defend her no questions asked and now it's just like nothing. It's really disheartening. It's just completely ridiculous how their relationship was sacrificed for Vanessa and she's not even in the picture anymore (and I hope stays that way...but from the looks of that still and the Canadian promo it's all giggle giggle with them. Completely unfair they'll make N//V okay, but not NJ...and the two seconds of talking in 218 does not translate to okay. That was probably the first time they talked (and it was ALL about Vanessa ). Just look at how nervous Jenny was and how shocked N was she was next to him. I also detest the writers tried to have J prop N//V. Disgusting). If they can't address what happened in the past, then I don't want them speaking ever again and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. There's absolutely no way they can move forward in any way, if the past can't be cleared up regardless of what happened. That being said....I doubt they'll ever talk again and if they do, it'll be some stupid plot device for some OMFG moment or for J to prop another one of N's relationships. No thanks. | Tell us how you really feel Susan!  I didn't watch 212 I just heard about it. And from what I heard, it was GOD AWFUL. I wanted Nate to choose himself. Heck, he shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place!!I can understand how you feel because I have those same bitter thoughts about my own OTP and this show. However, I think you're sadly expecting too much from these writers and their track record. I mean look what they do to every relationship. I really, really, REALLY doubt that NJ will ever talk about what happened. SN don't even speak and NB didn't even once talk about the freaking CB thing that caused their breakup the first time around. And NV? They hardly talk anyway about anything IMPORTANT so I don't think that the writers would throw that bone to NJ'ers.And it's really not fair. Not fair to Nate fans, Jenny fans, and the NJ fans because they really screwed this up. And if I were honest with you, I believe that they only did NJ because Nate was graduating and they wanted to get it in before he left, as a sort of homage to the book NJ relationship. It bothers me the most because if they really wanted to do NJ, they should have done it in season one after the entire Blair dethroning thing. THAT was the perfect time considering the buildup NJ had and their friendship. I HATED what they did to NJ this season. You guys might feel different because you probably got cute moments and kisses, but I personally feel like it was so rushed and contrived and so sudden. It could have been so much better and yet the writers disappoint and rush to push NV back again. For a reason that I can't possibly understand and probably never will.
