I think it's great Blake won TCA awards because she's a really good role model to teens since she doesn't drink or go out or anything.

I wish Chace would have won the Hottie award... didn't the Jonas brothers get them instead? No offense to the JBs but when I was 13 or whatever I wouldn't have obsessed with them the way 13 year olds do now...

And I agree, Blake deserved this award. People who say stupid mean things, probably have no idea about her. And why should she be a bad choice? She's talented and just overall amazing. Seriously. ^^

I dont have anything against JBs winning..I just find it weird thhat they got an award for ONE person when they are 3.

I don't have much against the Jonas Brothers either, I'm just not a fan of them. It was pretty crazy how they swept the awards this year, but I'm not complaining about the GG cast/show winning a few things.

Is that okay with everyone here?

I know several people who don't like Blake and you know, it's their own right to do so. I think she's a great actress and she's beautiful. She's also not as skinny as many other actors now, she's still skinny, but you know. And I think it's great she won an award

I am kind of glad that Chace did not get the Hottie award. Don't get me wrong, I think he is very goodlooking, but I'd much rather see him in movies because he can act, not because he's a pretty face and takes his shirt off in every GG episode, you know.

I know people who aren't Blake fans, but I love her. She seems to have this really awesome personality, she's gorgeous, and talented of course. And as for Chace, he is hot, but you're right - it's better to get Breakout Male than something shallower like Choice Hottie. It sucks that some people automatically think he's just a pretty face.

Yeah, you guys do have a point about the hottie thing. Male break out is a big accomplishment and could probably do his career well.
I hate it when people think he is just a pretty face, Maree! Just cause of that they don't pay attention to his acting and automatically assume that he sucks. I have noticed though that he's gotten sooo much better recently

Not that he was ever bad to start with.

That definitely is true. I've seen so many silly comments about Chace winning the award for breakout actor just because he's hot, and not Penn or Ed, its just annoying and so not true.

I could slap everyone who says he's just a pretty face but cant act. It seriously annoys me.

Anyone who seen gossip girl knows Chace is more than a pretty face.I know people who called him the new zac efron and i could slap them.He's a good actor with good looks.Its a good thing he won best breakout male because its not based on his looks or more of his acting.

OT_People dont like Blake?I cant see why people wouldnt like her or Chace for that matter.There both good role models.Blake is a good role model because most blondes are ditzy and stupid,,just look at paris hilton.I think Blake proves that you can be blonde and smart and it looks like she makes good choices.She has a good head on her shoulder.I would like to meet her she seems very bubbly and fun in a good way.Anyone who doesnt like Blake must be losing there mind or something.

Well, I totally agree, but the comments only came from people who watch GG. I dont want to insult or offend, but most of them came from Ed fans which made me a bit sad. I'm just happy GG won so many, and Chace deserved this one as much as Ed or Penn would have.

I dont get how you can not like Blake either. She's overall amazing. But again, most comments against her after she won the awards (at least the ones I read) came from co-star fans, Leighton fans. Its so unnecessary and stupid. :/

i dont let comments about Blake and chace get to me because sometimes the comments can be just mean.Leighton fans shouldnt be bashing because Leighton is a beautiful actress.She's one of Blake's best friends.When GG got the award you can see them holding the surfboard giggling like two happy teenagers lol.didnt Ed also get a award? If Leighton and Ed are happy for Blake then there fans should be happy.

They should do what OTH do and hold some type of event for there fans to meet them.I think the CW does alot of promoting.A bunch of celebs from CW shows went around differant malls to get people to watch there show they signed autographs and stuff.I wonder if they will do that with GG.Blake and Chace could go to malls around new york together.
