Finally got my 3, or at least 3 that I think would be awesome since I can't come up with an ultimate 3.

1. Blackbird - The Beatles
2. You Learn - Alanis Morissette
3. Forever Young - Alphaville

I think if she did any of those 3 it would be :love: Especially Blackbird, it's one of my favorite songs and I tend to like covers of it. I know she does great Alanis cause her cover of You Oughta Know was pretty sweet, and I think she would probably come up with a great way to update/change Forever Young.

Out of those 3 I think I could imagine her singing Blackbird most.

"Forever Young" is quite a different kind of song for her to do, but for some reason, I can see her giving it a total makeover and making it work. And of course, "You Learn" would work fantastic with Kate's voice. :D

I like the Forever Young by Bob Dylan. However Blackbird is a beautiful song.

I would love if Kate did a version of Forever Young that was like a cross between the Bob Dylan version and the Youth Group version (if you could make a cross between them) :lol: Those are my 2 favorite versions, I actually hate the original of that song.

When she covered You Oughta Know she made it completely her own. It's so different from the original.

Yeah it was, you can barely tell it's the same song! She definitely made it her own, if I didn't know the words to the original I never would have known it was the same song, but it really works the way she covered it.

Exactly. I like the way that she changed it because I think she gave it a more catchy melody. That's why I'd love to hear her cover You Learn.

I'm so excited Kate is touring with Jordin Sparks! That's going to be such amazing exposure for her. Just think of all the people who will go to see Jordin Sparks and leave the concert more excited cause they were exposed to the awesome-ness that is Kate ;)
