I was in the other room and my little sister was on the computer and i heard Kate music playing and i was confused and i came into the computer room and saw my sister watching a vid on YT of Kate singing Wish You Were. and i got all excited that she likes Kate and i played her a video of Sweet Silver Lining that had lyrics and she loved it, she turned the computer's volume up to the limit and she started singing along right at the beginning, even before she knew the tune

and my dad's cousin was over and heard it(well it was at full blast thanks to my little sis, i think ppl outside could probably hear it )and said she has a good voice, which is a lot coming from him

I should do that as well. If I got my mom to hum Feel This, I think I can get her to hum some of Kate's stuff.

it's awesome cuz everyone in my family who hears her seems to love her. From my little 9-year-old sister to my dad The only person in my family who i haven't yet caught listening to Kate is my youngest sister who's 8, im not sure she's heard any of Kate's music before. Maybe i should play her a song tomorow

I wasn't sure where to post this but I figured this was probably best,

Anyway, I just got back from meeting Kate in person, she was doing a performance and a cd signing for A Fine Mess. She's so nice and I loved the outfit she was wearing, she sang Inside Out, Angel and 99 Times. Then started to sign CDs, when she got to me, she said thanks for coming out, I said you're welcome, she signed my CD and I said thank you, then when I was going to leave she was like I love that musical, it's so good (I was wearing my Wicked T-shirt), and I said it's awesome then I left. It was really short, but totally made my day. And it was made even better when she said she loved Wicked too, because that's my fave musical. And before she sang Angel, she mentioned One Tree Hill and everyone started to scream, she was like I think that's the loudest it's ever been in a bookstore. Then before the performance, she's like this makes me feel like I'm a kindergarten teacher because everyone was sitting down.

So yeah, I'm just happy I got to meet her and I got my friends hooked on Kate too, they don't live with me, but I was playing her CD when they came over and they were like who is that, I was like it's Kate and they were like she's so good. So I played them some other songs and then they wanted to buy the CD.
