I think that it may be time to close this board. Our post counts have been declining over the past few months and we have very few regular posters. As you know, Fan Forum requires that we average at least 15 posts per day, with lower numbers than that leading to warnings and then possible closure of the board. We would prefer to go out under our own terms rather than be forced to close due to low post counts.

Please let me know what you think. I'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest here. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated posters. As much as we love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then disappear again, because we'll be in the same position that we're in now if you do.

And I do not want to do this again any time soon, it's very difficult.

On a more personal note I want you all to know this was the hardest decision for me to make. I've been a member of this board for five yrs. A mod for four. This board is my baby and it kills me to see it not thriving anymore. This is not for a lack of interest or love for Rob its the fact that this board isn't what it used to be and I hate to continue to see us struggle week to week with post counts. I knew the minute this became to feel like a job it was time to hang it up and its gotten to that point. Of just posting to survive not to be my happy outlet like it used to be. I'd rather go out on my terms than having us shut down cause we're not performing well enough. Sometimes the right decision and the easy decision aren't mutual and this is one of those times. We had an excellent run and I'm grateful for the people I've met through this board and the time I had on here. I hope you can respect and understand this difficult decision.

Aww I know I haven't been around as much as I used to be but it will be very sad to see this board go.

I mean I can think of different ways we can try to renew interest on the board I mean we can do rewatches of his movies etc.

That's a temporary fix though i need solid posters which I don't have right now as good as that sounds Tee its a flash in the pan kind of solution cause when thats over where will those posters go? Its better to not put myself through that its hard enough to do this right now to do it again would be heartbreaking.

Well thank you this wasn't an easy decision to make and I want you to know I didn't make it lightly struggled with the decision for awhile now and this is the right thing to do.

Oh twinee I love you, hun I am so sorry that it has come to this and that you have had to make such a tough decision. I completely understand and respect whatever you have to do, hun The Rob board will always have a cherished place in my heart. Rob is still one of my most favourite people ever

I love you too Twinee I'm sorry too that it had to come to this. I mean this was Our board for a couple yrs the place i met you all those yrs ago so its not been easy to make this decision but its what's best. Always be cherished place in my heart too for many reasons. Still love Rob too Just time for this board to retire is all.

Agreed on the forced closure. and awww same here love you lady so glad the board led you here and I got to have you not only as a co-mod but a friend as well

I was so sad to make the decision been struggling with it for awhile I really have it pains me to do it but better to just go out on my terms than the other way around. and thank you H love you have to come see you on your boards cause I still wanna chat with ya You're forever this boards gif queen hehe
