Aw, well at least you can ask for requests and someone can make them for you, even me.

I remember the history of program I used because I tried pinick and they sucked for icons then I tried gimp (I don't remember the name of it because I deleted it few years ago) and they sucked for icons then I finally came around with PSP and it worked better with icons. I just went through history of programs to keep trying.
