Shawn Brady and Mimi Lockhart have been the best of friends since Shawn moved to Salem when they were young teenagers. Over the years they have been there for each other, even while they were in their own relationships and having their own problems, Shawn being with Belle, and Mimi being with Rex. But events we like to call fate broke up Shawn and Belle and Mimi and Rex. Shawn was devestated that Belle married Phillip, his best friend, and Mimi was heartbroken that Rex left her because of dishonesty. Both hurting, they comforted each other and began getting closer than ever. They were a party of two, and soon moved in with each other, helping each other through the pain and heartache, but soon sparks started to fly. Shawn and Mimi started looking at each other in a whole new light. They couldn't deny their feelings for each other and began dating. They soon fell in love and Shawn proposed to Mimi. They were engaged on December 30, 2005 and were married on March 30, 2006 and are now Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Douglas Brady!!!

Just Belle still trying to break up the happy couple. God she is soo annoying. She made her choice and NOW that Shawn is married and HAPPY she wants him back. Mimi had to tell her off AGAIN about trying to steal her husband. Can Mimi just kick Belle's ass already? That'd be great

I noticed that a lot of people are starting not to like Mimi because of the situation which is what I was worried about. They are making Mimi the bad guy and now ppl are starting not to like her which just makes it easier for them to put Shawn and Belle together which makes me want to barf.

I agree! Like Belle is a saint! She's nooottt! She's far from it. But most of those people are Shelle shippers anyway, so they need the excuse. Does anyone have the first post we used to have?

I use to be a Shawn/Belle shipper but I have to say that I have been reformed to a Mimi/Shawn shipper
sadly I live in Sweden, and boy are you guys way out of head of us or what!
In sweden, Jan just lot her baby, I have to wait so long for some Mimi/Shawn action

Heyy...new to the soap part of FF. I used to be OBSESSED with Days, but lately I've been sorta slacking and now really watching often. For the longest time, Belle and Shawn were my favorite couple, but one Kristen Storms left, my heart wasn't with them anymore. Martha is an amazing actress, but it just isn't the same. So when they introduced Shimi, I loved the idea b/c Mimi had always been one of my faves, even when she was causing trouble with Jan! hahaha....soo anyways, I hope you guys welcome me into this thread!

i was sick so i took medicine at like 3 in the afternoon, thinking i'd wake up but i totally slept through it!

i was an Belle and Shawn fan originally too but like Sam, it just wasn't the same for me when Kristen left and then Belle started to get annoying. i never understood why she had to move on so fast but whatever!

...and i know it's not right that Mimi hasn't told him but she tried several times and can you really blame her for not wanting to destroy her own future for a girl who no longer acts like she's her friend? so i don't really see her as a bad person, just caught in a bad situation.... really her Mom should've kept it to herself!!!
