| Philip/Chloe #6: Because he begged her to stay Welcome to the 6th Philip Kiriakis and Chloe Lane Appreciation Thread  made by Abby  made by Abby  made by Melinda  made by Melinda Their Story Philip was once considered the King of Salem High and Chloe the outcast...Ghoul Girl. Until one bet brought these two together and led to them falling in love. However through misunderstandings they were seperated and drove the beautiful Chloe into another mans arms which she eventually married. Philip was hurt and depressed until he focused his affections on one Belle Black. Now Chloe is back with her true love in drug rehab pursuing a divorce. This week Phloe reconnected, but will they be given a fair chance this time around? Summarize in your own way why you love Philip and Chloe I really like Phloe because they are both flawed characters. Neither was ever written as if they were perfect. Additionally, I like that they both accepted each other and did not try to change each other into what they thought they wanted. Finally, their relationship is raw and challenging, which I find intriguing. A lot of people would say that they had a destructive relationship, and at time sthey did, but that made them more real and interesting to watch. At least they are not committing adultery. Quite simply, I like watching them because they are well suited and have an interesting dynamic. I really could see them as a supercouple with an edge. Answer byRonika Two words... Nadia and Jay. You can see/feel their chem from a mile away, so it's really not hard at all to love them together. From the start both characters were so intriguing and once I saw how powerful of a pair they were, that was it. I'm just excited Phloe fans get a second chance for them to have their story told right! It's been a long time coming! Answer by Lexi I love this couple because no matter how dysfunctional their relationship has been, they always find their way back to each other. It's not just a high school thing. It's there - forever. They are not only each other's first love but their true love. They get each other and just fit perfectly. No matter how long it takes for them to realize what's "right before their eyes", they still do very much love each other. Besides, the dysfunctional relationships are the ones I'm most drawn to because they are way more realistic than a couple that works all the time. | Thanks Ronika. Hello everyone!  I go away and look what happens - a new thread. Not really. I've been having trouble getting in here. I'm not too worried about the spoilers I've seen. How could they ever put Chloe with Lucas? I mean, come on now. I think/hope she is trying to help Philip in some way even if he won't tell her what he is doing. Those pictures are great! | Thanks for the links Maud! After looking at the pics and the promo vid, I am excited for next week. About the thing with Lucas, I am not sure what to make of it just yet. However, I am leaning towards what frish suggested; that Chloe is trying to help Philip is some way. That sounds more plausible than them pursuing Chloe/Lucas as a romantic pair. Lexi, I think the friends with benefit thing will be fun to watch. As long as that is not all we get with Phloe v. 2.0. DestinyFan, did you want to be added to the list of Phloe supporters? I thought you mentioned it before, but I am not sure. Please let me know and I will add you to the list. As for this summer, I hope it is all about Phloe. Just wondering, does anyone know if those promo pics are in any particular order. I was trying to come up with a timeline of some sort, but I can't ascertain from just those pics. I am curious if the one of Chloe on the pier with Philip apparently siding with Morgan happens before the pic where they are in bed together or not. Also, where are they in that picture? It doesn't look like Philip's room. | |||

| I can't help with the timelines, sorry. ITA that is not Philip's room. Maybe it's Chloe's new apartment or her room at the Kiriakis Mansion? I wonder when those scenes will air? I am  at the thought of Chloe discovering Phorgan in a huddle here and there. Her heart will seriously sink imagining Philip with M, not knowing what's going on.
