Hey guys! Haven't been here in awhile but I'm really happy to see an appreciation thread for Michael Quartermaine. Absolutely loving him and his recent scenes with baby AJ (haha!) and Sabrina.

Hopefully, the writers won't screw up the story...though chances are, they will. lol I'll try to enjoy it while it lasts.

Yeah, look at us not having much faith in these writers.

Considered how this show is gaga over Sonny and Carly which is not surprising that this might be short-lived for us but I am hoping that it might not for a while.

I just wish that Sonny would deal with this much longer than just only few months.

I thought the scenes with Duke were good. Chad is really bringing his a-game. You think he has a chance for the next Emmys?

I think he definitely has a chance.

He's been fantatic ever since Michael learned the truth.

GH isn't known for wrapping up stories quickly, hopefully Michael raising AJ is one of those stories with no end in site.

OH MY GOD. Michael, you are so on fire.

I have never seen someone so pissed enough to put someone in his own place. Seriously, wow. What he said was just...A+, he nailed all of those things he said.

I completely forgot about the fact that AJ hired Duke to work for him when nobody hired him and they became friends afterwards so the fact that he would sacrifice himself for Sonny and not letting AJ have his own justice is very telling. I love that Michael reminded him of that so I didn't even realize till he brought that up. Just amazeballs!

Yes, amazeballs indeed.

The only thing that wasn't to my liking was the whole taking AJ to the bar and having drinks while Sabrina did the Nanny work. I want Michael to truly bond with AJ as if it were his own flesh and blood. But I guess it is in true Q form to be wrapped up in other things besides being a fully invested parent.

Well, it's a plot point for Morgan and Kiki to plot to make him alcoholic which is why they showed him drinking while holding the baby in his arms.

This show is known for being so obvious when it's directed to the current plot. Michael wouldn't do that but since Morgan and Kiki are plotting to make him drunk that would cost him custody of her, they kept showing the shots of him drinking and holding Ava as a way to tell us that could happen. So yeah, this is just ridic way to make that happen when we know that he wouldn't do that.

I am sorry but I had to FF his scenes today because I hate that bitch, Rosalli. I can't stand her so I can't stomach to watch her scenes at all. So I only got to watch him and Sabrina talking about her and looking over AJ.
