Well with Guza out, I'm feeling a little better at the prospect of Spixie staying buried.

I'm hoping Wolf gives M&M a chance even though Spixie's friendship started while he was headwriter during the Writers' Strike in 2008. Some seem to think that because Spixie's friendship began under him then, he'll naturally gravitate to them. But I really don't know what he thinks of Matt or M&M since Matt didn't come to the show until about 4 months after the Strike.

They've gotten together, but it's not consistent. We see them one week and then not again for another 1 to 3 weeks. I think the most we ever got of them at a time was in March and then last week. Most of their relationship (including their perfect sex, according to Maxie :P) has been off-screen, which is unfortunate, because they're sparkly together, imho. :love: So we have to wait and see. I hope they get a chance.

I think it's helpful that they've at least progressed them far enough, that a Spixie reunion isn't as easy as it would have been a few months ago. It'd have to be completely deliberate and obviously show a preference for Spixie if they were going to break M&M up. And perhaps Wolf won't want to shake things up too much right away.

I lovelovelove Maxie's facial expression when Matt was saying oh so nice things about her job and her life. He really gets her like nobody else ever does, not even Spinelli really does.

They've really made them more fleshed out and adorable together. I STILL see KS and JC, but they've made MM so freaking cute.

I love watching their scenes. JC and KS will always have the best chemistry.

They really will. I just hope the general audience likes them together as much as we do.
