LOL, no, I prefaced that because I didn't want to seem like I knew much more of L&L2's relationship than the JJ years. I have only seen clips of the other 2 actors who played Lucky. I will say that I thought the L&L2 wedding was beautifully done. And very sweet.

I don't need any differentiation, tho. I just need to continue with my history lessons so I can understand what's being going on in ten years with L&L2, LOL.

Thanks for cluing me in about Jake. I had no idea when the little boy was picked for the role. I just couldn't get over how uncanny his resemblance to JJ's Lucky is with those crystal blue eyes.

But, I have to say this... myLucky is back!!!!! EEEEEEEEEE! He's back in all his splendor: intelligent, perceptive, witty, sarcastic, tender, sweet, self confident, cocky, goofy, cooler than cooler, sexy, and adorable. I'm like dying. I can't even believe it. I have had the worst time trying to make this really be real to me, and it just hit me like a ton of freaking bricks. And it's so obvious that Lucky's bull**** meter for reading people just went on high red alert over Elizabeth's behavior. He's not going to take long to start asking questions and figuring out the answers for himself.

I think the fallout from Niz is going to crush and bury both me and Lucky. I might need to be comforted in a few short weeks, I'm sure.

I know. I was like, DAMN. This solves nothing logistically speaking, Elizabeth is still off doing the unspeakable, but Becky and JJ are SO GOOD together. They are so NATURAL.

I swear, I have caught the tiniest details, because I can't stop watching, lol.

Becky glowed. She was lit up like a Christmas tree. She like bounced to the door. I don't know how she feels currently about this s/l but I sure the hell know how she feels about JJ coming home. She loves JJ, obviously.

She was so damn giddy and smiley and clumsy. Which is totally how 15-year-old Elizabeth always reacted around Lucky. He was like too cool for school, and she was like his groupie, LOL. Her crush was legendary and I felt like I was flashing back to just moments after Lucky and Elizabeth said goodbye before the fire.

It really feels like being trapped in a time warp with the entire set up. And I know we're being manipulated to feel this way. It's the Hardy house. It's Lucky coming to get Elizabeth. It was the same flirty banter that they exchanged their entire first courtship. It was still Lucky devoted to Elizabeth. Elizabeth doing what she always does which is trying to make Lucky happy by fixing relations with his father, which means it also feels like we just picked up with Luke and Lucky at Kelly's before the fire. I mean, there's nothing to introduce the new s/l yet into their dynamic. They were still so ON because it was just them being themselves; being Elizabeth and Lucky who are best friends and lovers.

JJ was completely right when he said he had no trouble easing into the role, because it felt him like it fit him like a rubber glove. It was like Lucky never left. Never was taken hostage by Faison. And it was also apparent that Becky and JJ are still able to give the characters the same type of ease, naturalness, and comfortable atmosphere that they also affected back in their heyday. Plus, the sexual attraction simmering under the surface was still there. But just like before it's always a bit tentative and more sweet than sultry.
