Maxie Jones and Lulu Spencer

Maxie: Hi, I brought truffles.
Lulu: You’re trying to make me fat, thanks.

The tale of Maxie and Lulu is not for the faint of heart. It is one of death and destruction,
heartache and h e a r t b r e a k. You see there once was a quaint town by the name of Port Charles.
In this small town two young blondes were born. Both equally adored by their misguided parents.
One was the eldest child of two government agents, eventually becoming an older sister. The other
was the youngest, with two older brothers and a set of adventure seeking parents. Both were left
behind. And as they grew into young adulthood, their tragic pasts shaped who they were to become.

Whenever your world starts crashing down, that's where you'll find me...

The Story

Logan: Maxie has not backed off even a little.
She is so determined to keep us apart.
Maxie: This is so pathetic. She has been over you for months.
Logan: She hates us. And the only way to show her how wrong she is,
is to show her how good we are together. How we belong together.
Maxie: Okay I’m going to call hotel security.

Lulu: I know that you hate me. Why are you doing this?
Maxie: I was terrified when Logan attacked me. I would
never wish that on anyone Lulu, not even you.
Lulu: I thought you were dead.
Maxie: If I had a weapon, I probably would have killed Logan
myself. I was desperate. And if he hadn’t looked up and seen
that you were watching he probably would have raped me, or worst.
So you saved me.

I wish everyone was loved tonight and somehow stop this endless fight,
just a chance that maybe we'll find better days.

Miraculously the two enemies tip toed into a tentative friendship. Their dueling personalities
still fueled arguments and name calling but, it was clear that they cared for one another. They
even decided to share an apartment. So for now, the story of these two frenemies is unfinished
but hopeful. With any luck they will live happily ever after.

17. Because they team up against Kate when she’s extra demanding.

19. Because despite everything they care about each other.
20. Because know each other better than most.
21. Because Maxie can nail down Lulu’s fears in a second.
22. Because Lulu always knows Maxie’s true motives.
23. Because they’re very different but also alike.
24. Because they are Spinelli’s best friends.
25. Because they are the ’Blonde Ones’.
26. Because they have similar taste in men.
27. Because Logan hurt both of them and they fought back.
28. Because they made a pact to keeps Logan’s death a secret.
29. Because Maxie was there for Lulu after Logan’s death more than anyone.
30. Because Maxie covered for Lulu and put herself on the line.
31. Because when Lulu was freaking out Maxie calmed her down.
32. Because they had a sleepover together at the Jones house!
33. Because they both knew when they had gone too far with insults.
34. Because Maxie was the only one willing to see that Lulu was fragile.
35. Because Maxie warned Lulu that she’d end up like Laura, and she was right.
36. Because Johnny trusted Maxie with Lulu’s life and sanity.
37. Because Maxie went to great lengths free Lulu from Shady Brook.
38. Because Maxie was worried about Lulu when she was on the run.
39. Because they had a good talk over truffles.
40. Because Maxie took the blame for Lulu when Kate was going to fire her.
41. Because they are living together now!
42. Because they admit that they are sort of friends.
43. Because they went Christmas Tree shopping together.
44. Because they’ve been through a lot together.

functioning as a well oiled, lovely, two headed machine.

Lulu: What is with this bizarre impulse to protect me?
Maxie: I don’t know, it doesn’t make sense.

Lulu: Fine, you don’t have to admit that you
were being a true friend. But, thank you anyway.

Maxie: Then you deserve to lose your job.
Lulu: But, you saved me anyway.
Maxie: I know. It was embarrassing.

Maxie: You are not my worst enemy. That would make
me stupid and shallow. Well I am shallow. But that’s okay
because you are annoying, reckless and full of yourself.

I love it too. See I've always loved Maxie, always. But I've had an up and down thing with Lulu. I loved her when she first came on, then hated her when she broke up GQ, then REALLY hated her around the time she and Maxie started fighting, then as they got closer I liked her more and more. And I thought that it might be because of Maxie that I liked her. But when Maxie and her fought over the Johnny thing, I still liked her. I think they just started writing the character better. I like them both now and LOVE the friendship.

I currently can not STAND most of Maxie's scene (with Spin) and the only time I get to enjoy my favorite character is when she's with Lulu

I just love them together now!

I hate LuLu for a really long time because of her stuff with GQ they were my fave till I fell for JaSam and then recently I really did start to like her more and more and IA, The writers wised up andstarted to write her better

I used to love Maxie&Spin but lately I've grown to hate them espcially after the last sex scene, Just EW!

I liked Maxie and Spin when they first had scenes together. I like them as FRIENDS. But I hate how they are just re-writing history to make room for their romance. They have Maxie saying that she's never loved anyone like she loves Spin and no guy has been good to her except him. WHAT? That's totally spitting on Jesse and Coop who were both amazing to her. I hate it.

And I JaSam is what made me fall in love with GH

I liked Lulu at first, I thought JMB was great and I thought her and Spin were so fun together. GQ ruined her for me but she's been SO much better lately. And JMB and KS have amazing chemistry together. You can tell thath they have fun and are really friends.

Seriously same here! I love her as a bad girl more!!! Though not liking her as much since shes so tied to Spin but hopefully that'll change..eventually here!

The promblem with SpinMax for me is that Maxie isn't MAXIE with him. She feels like she needs to be another version of herself. He makes her feel ashamed of her past IMO. I liked when she was bad and OWNED it. It was part of her character. Now I don't really know who she is.

Lulu/Maxie is the only interesting part of either ones SL right now.

Sidenote: I can't wait for the Daytime emmys. I think KS or JMB both have a great chance of winning this year and I know that we'll get tons of carpet pics with them together! And you know if one wins they will mention the other in their speach

CA Di, At first I like Spixie till Maxie became so needy around him, she wasn't her anymore and I immediately turned off to them

I hope that they ease off the Spixie stuff. It's so annyone. And when they end (which all soap couples do) you just KNOW it'll some how be her fault because poor Spin is too nice etc.
