Chabby 2.0 only! Not Chabby!

I've tried so hard to enjoy Chabby 3.0 but they are nothing like the couple I fell in love with at all.

Chabby 3.0 should be having angst/longing right now not acting like everything suddenly fine & all happy. Not in character.


Chabby 1.0 wouldn't even be written like this true to the couple.

EJabby: I hope they never try to go there again with diff. actors.

Not in a bad way. Usually it's this or that. Not liking both pretty hardcore so it's refreshing to see. lol And yes I know about the 2.0 thing.

I like Chabby 3.0 but I do agree.

I loved both Dawson/Joey & Pacey/Joey eventually after repeats.

I love PJo more now but have such a soft spot for DJo.


EJabby give me such JnJ feels with their potential that I ship most. Even some Spuffy feels.

Chabby 2.0 felt like Supercouple writing with how they only loved each other. The chem./acting all 3 together in a way it hasn't for me in years.

The buildup to them was perfect to me too.


I love EJabby a little more b/c the JnJ feels & Spuffy feels.


Plus posting about their sexy times is fun.

I still can't believe that Abby didn't get pregnant when they didn't use protection once!


I hated we never got a good love scene with Chabby 2.0

The lighting sucked.

Not a fan of it at night in the garden.

not sure if I even saw that scene before. Kate owned it, I feel for her.

Crazy thing about Dawson's Creek is the first time around I loved Pacey/Andie and Dawson/Joey... second time around, couldn't stand Dawson/Joey BECAUSE of Joey. 3rd time around. I only like Pacey/Andie as a pairing, regardless of the ridiculous OOC writing for season 3.

I never could ship Pacey/Joey. I like some scenes of theires from here and there but that's as far as it goes for me.

I can see why EJAbby gives you those feels.

So, do you think since there is a Chabby 3.0 that you don't really care for right now, there is no chance for them to be a supercouple anymore?

I loved Pacey/Andie together too. I still do in Season 2.

I would have been fine with DJo & Pandie being endgame.

I'm glad you get where I'm coming from with EJabby.

I'm just glad they were left unresolved that's the best you can have on Soaps now.


I just wrote this on the Days thread.


The Supercouple era has been gone for years.

JnJ to me made the standard.

I mean when your song only heard on the show is a hit.

That when Days is talked about JnJ are the last on the list of true supercouples by media.

Biggest when Days got so popular are Bo/Hope Steve/Kayla Shane/Kim John/Marlena Justin/Adrienne Jack/Jennifer

This in the order when they happened on the show.

I see potential but it's always wasted.

The rest are stupid triangles basically right after JnJ married in 1991.

There isn't writing that says absolutely this couple will always be endgame with new couples at any point.

There is always something unresolved with ships.

Chabby 2.0 has only had close to that writing to me.

There was no other ship rooted for & they loved only each other.

No I can't see Chabby 3.0 even being close to a Supercouple mostly b/c we had a stupid triangle where Chad was torn.

It's been retconned but doesn't change it happened on the show.

I am trying to get behind the new Chabby. I'm willing myself to BUT (big butt ) Chabby 2.0 will always be my favorite.

It's because BF and KM had fire chemistry!

I cannot picture new the Abby doing any of the things KM Abby did. She's so wilting flower that it hurts.

The "stay dead" scene would have been so much more powerful with KM imo.

I do like Marci as a person & it's great other fans can love her as Abby & Chabby 3.0.

Just not gonna happen ever for me.

More like wearing flowers.

Days needs to stop letting Marci pick her wardrobe.

She said in an interview how she is loving the flower thing in fashion.

I can't see her setting Ben on fire.

Chabby 3.0 are just not anything like even the first Chabby.

Abby just forgetting everything & getting back with Chad not to mention wanting get married again so soon is so OOC.


Marci in any SL that Kate was in I can't see either & it's EJabby the most.


I've tried to like her in the role & Chabby 3.0 but I'm done.

Ron rushing all this killed any chance I could ever even enjoy Chabby 3.0

Marci doing this with EJ I can't even imagine.

I don't know anything about Marci but I'm sure she is great too. It's just lack luster and YES her clothes. Those flowers need to snipped enough is enough.

I was willing to ride with Chabby 3.0 but nothing gave that spark. I thought during the Dario marriage or after being hit by a car, the fire would ignite...it didn't.

It was OOC to want to be married so soon, not even to have breathing room. Ron rushed it. It was anticlimatic and now they are just back to "business as usual"

That clip. No way MM Abby would do that.

I'm sorry but I would be open for another recast. I just find them so dull.

There is just no spark. I tried so hard to like Chabby 3.0 but have gave up.

Marci really seems like a good person on Twitter but she doesn't fit as Abby to me.

I wish she was another char. since she seems like one in the first place.


I miss Kate so much!

Abby is supposed to be a strong & fierce but can also be vulnerable.

Plus even a very sexy side we found with EJabby.

Yes her family & friends want to see her as perfect but she is far from it.

The curse of being a Horton a lot of it.

It seems it doesn't matter what she does they want to see her only in a good light.


The affair with EJ was not only his fault. Abby was more than willing.

It was so wrong & terrible that she did this but shows Abby doesn't always do the right thing for sure.

It doesn't matter since Ben turned out to be a serial killer that she cheated on him with Chad.

It wouldn't have matter anyway.

There is none of those things above that are Abby as character anymore.

Well except vulnerable but too much to me.

There is a lot that has to do with Abby now being OOC with the writing.

Marci really just doesn't fit as the character.

It's great that there are fans that love her as Abby.

I'm just never gonna be one of them & I've tried for months.
