Why do you think Chabby was the only good thing on the show then writing wise?

Josh Griffith wrote the affects of what Ben put Abby through & how she slowly lost her mind. I read this in an interview with Kate.

The first thing that Dena screwed up with the SL was that Shady Hills made Abby worse.

Marlena told Chad it was a good place. Marlena! Seriously?

Griffith wrote basically all the good that has been on the show even though it was dark starting with necktie killer SL during the 50th on with his material.

He left all we had was Dena crap!

I liked his writing but it was too dark in the end for a soap IMO.

Griffith knew how to write for sure though.

Abby told Kayla about Cameron & Kayla to her she & Steve were getting a divorce.

I love their RL friendship so much. Kate even mentioned Mary Beth in her speech saying she told her she was gonna win & Kate didn't seem to have believed her.

I would not want Kate to be a New Char.

Not been on the canvas in years & char. never was pop. I think Kate could finally do it with good writing.

I think I read that when Dena was on leave that she had Summer being Maggie's long lost daughter & lost brother to Victor with Diemos already on the show.

It had to be Dena both SL were major retcons.

That's what's missing for me with Marci.

Chabby 2.0 with Abby's fire with Chad.

Love how angry she could get with him & EJ.

Kate also could play her vulnerable side too though.

I just can't help it. I want Kate back as Abby but wish Marci could be another char. b/c I like her as a person & think she just would be better as someone else.

I know it won't happen though.

I'm trying to love Chabby 3.0 too but it's just starting to feel like it's not gonna happen.

I wish now Kate would come back mostly b/c Ron & Sheri are going to write Abby & hopefully save the char. for me.

I didn't want Kate back with Dena writing her of course.

I can't find Abby & it's gonna take a lot for me to see her again b/c Dena screwed her up so bad.

Just one scene with Abby/Ashley showed she was always such a spitfire rebelling against Jack about EJ in 2006.

I think this is my fave Chabby 2.0 vid & again shows Abby's fire that is missing now.
I love them most up to before Abby's mental illness.

Kate's Emmy made that depressing SL worth it for Chabby being so dark.
Billy was more a supporting role. Abby still had that fire obviously.
