I hope that Feburary sweeps will show that Jake is ill so they need blood donate for his whatever needs, and then they find out that Lucky is his match, not Jason so that's the only thing that will come out. I mean come on, this has to be realistic, it's not like Liz wakes up in the beautiful morning and realizes, "Oops, I need to retake the test to see if he's really Jason's or Lucky's."

that's how i did it in my fic

or ... child violence aside ... jason can want to sue for custody. they'd have a court ordered paternity test to prove that jason's the daddy, since lucky is on the birth records.

Yeah, after the carnival stuff I was kinda expecting Jason to consider pressing the Jake stuff. I think if that happens, they'll change the paternity.

That's what I was suspecting back then. I could smell it especially his "talk" with Sam about witnessing certain thing.

Yep, that's what all of us will feel that way. Also I know that you guys don't want this to be true, but when he loses a son, he gains another one.
